Ontario is finally producing
a world-class solar panel: Sovello Canada Project Pro
modules are now rolling off the assembly line. That means AS
Solar now offers a full complement of Ontario-content
modules, inverters, trackers, racking and balance-of-system
components to meet the spring solar frenzy.
Sovello Canada Project Pro modules are positively sorted,
extensively tested in both Canada and Germany,
conservatively rated and manufactured on a brand new
automated German assembly line with equipment specifically
designed for the solar industry. This is a solar panel that
is going to withstand 20+ years of harsh Canadian weather,
backed by a company with a track record of delivering the
strongest ROI money can buy.
It's an exciting time for renewables and distributed energy,
an investment in a brighter future for our communities met
through Ontario's Feed In Tariff program and Green Energy
Act. So, it is time for families and communities to be
invited to the conversation about energy choices being made
in their own backyards.
To this end, AS Solar has teamed up with the Ontario
Sustainable Energy Association (OSEA) in the WATTS NEXT
contest and Green Field Day. The idea is simple: a
grassroots campaign in communities across Ontario
encouraging schools, youths and community groups to imagine
how they want their communities powered
tomorrow. Participants in the contest submit videos to
www.wattsnext.ca, answering the questions: HOW IS YOUR
COMMUNITY POWERED TODAY ? HOW DO YOU WANT YOUR COMMUNITY TO
BE POWERED TOMORROW? The submissions that win the most
online votes get prizes ranging from renewable energy
systems to scholarships, awarded at the Green Field Day in
September.
No matter who wins the provincial election next October, the
Green Energy Act must be preserved for a cleaner more
sustainable future. AS Solar has made an initial
contribution of $25,000 in support of WATT`s NEXT and Green
Field Day and we need your support -- become a champion in
your community, donate a prize, host a Green Field Day
event. Keep the energy growing!
Sincerely,
